Unisign takes an important position as global producer of innovative and proven machine tool technology in all market segments.
Our customer, RC Engineering (Turkey), designs and manufactures passenger and freight wagons and components. In March 2016, after merging with one of Turkey’s leading groups, Erciyas Holding, the company changed its name to RC Endüstri Ulaşım Araçları A.Ş.
Today, RC Industry is the leading private sector company in railway business in Turkey and its peripheral region.
Recently they have purchased a 5 Axis Machining Center, Uniport 6000, from Unisign which will be used for the production of train components, like steel and aluminium side wings, roofs and floor panels.
Dimensions: X 26.000 mm, Y 3.500mm , Z 1.250mm. Operating system: Siemens 840D-sl.
The machine is equipped with a Universal Angular Head (6.000 rpm).
