The main exhibit is our Uniport6000 gantry machine with exchangeable machining heads. Representing the latest generation of Unisign gantry machining centres, Uniport6000 combines powerful machining capabilities, highly dynamical machine features and highest product accuracy. Size does matter as this machine can be built from relative small dimensions to very large; up to 28 metre.

The Uniport6000 lends its flexibility amongst others on the exchangeable machining heads; from right angular to universal, compact or other customer specific machining heads. The capacity of each machining head is most often identical to the main spindle, creating enormous power stability. The machine at EMO2019 incorporates a angular head, a compact angular head and dedicated product related head. All of them are stored in the dedicated pick-up station in the machine column.
